Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr. Martin Rushwaya has praised Minister, Prof. Paul Mavima and Permanent Secretary, Amb. Rudo Chitiga for their leadership in establishing the Ministry of Skills Audit and Development from scratch, including mobilizing human and material resources.
The Chief Secretary was speaking during a familiarisation visit to the Ministry last week.
